Frequently asked questions

How does Swift Support work?

You describe the job and drop a pin on the map. Our AI matches you with nearby verified providers, who send you quotes. You chat, compare, accept a quote, and pay the provider directly. Swift Support charges a small platform fee on top, processed by Paystack.

How do I pay, and who gets the money?

You pay the provider directly using the method they offer (such as PayShap, Capitec Pay, eWallet, Instant Money or bank EFT). Providers keep 100% of their quote. The only amount Swift Support charges is the platform fee, paid by the customer via Paystack.

Can I get a refund?

If an introduction fails — for example a provider no-show or a job that is not done — the platform fee may be refunded, including through our AI-assisted dispute review. Because the job amount is paid directly between you and the provider, any refund of the work itself is arranged with the provider; we can help mediate.

Is my address private?

Yes. Your full address is only revealed to the provider when the job is formally started. Before that, providers see only an approximate area so they can quote.

How do I become a provider?

Register for free from the provider dashboard. Matching jobs are sent to you on WhatsApp, and you can quote in seconds from your phone.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or by emailing us. See the full process on our Delete account & data page.

How is my personal information handled?
